If I am unsatisfied with the product, can I request for a refund?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.

 

Can I get 3 different lids for one bottle?

Yes, you can. All our bottles share the same wide-mouth design which makes the lids interchangeable.

 

 

I would like to know the price of your products.

How long does it take for the item to arrive once the order is confirmed?

It will usually take about 2 – 3 working days assuming no delays on the side of the courier company.

 

 

How long can hot and cold water last?

Hot water stays hot for 10 hours. Cold water stays cold for 20 hours.

 

 

What is the material of your lids?

Yes, you can. All our bottles share the same wide-mouth design which makes the lids interchangeable.

 

 

Can I either use cold or hot water for the same bottle? For example today hot water and tomorrow cold water?

Yes and it will not affect the performance of your bottle.

Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

– Please send an email to our customer service email at support@botella.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

– Orders that are in shipping or have been shipped will not be cancelled.

 

 

What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
