Our 90-Day Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Botella products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace your Botella, provided it has not been customized and is still in its original packaging.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Your Botella must be returned under the conditions:

  • The returned goods/products must be ordered from www.botella.my. Botella does not accept returns on items purchased outside of www.botella.my
  • The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received.
  • If the goods/products have been damaged by the customer, it will not be eligible for a return.
  • Any shipping cost is not refundable.
  • Once we have checked and confirmed that your Botella is eligible for a return, you will receive the replacement within 7 working days after the confirmation.
  • Please note that this policy does not apply to customized items.

How do I know if my product is eligible for a return?

Botella Vacuum Flasks and Tumblers carry a 90-day return guarantee for manufacturer’s defects. Botella will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available.

 

Before submitting a return claim, please read the following:

  • Broken or leaking lids: If your lid breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your Vacuum Flasks to us. Instead, take a picture/video of the faulty lid and reach out to us here.
  • Vacuum Flasks that seem to have lost their insulating properties: You can test the insulation of your vacuum flask at home with boiling water. Pour from a kettle or pot directly into the stationary flask, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution pouring boiling water into the flask to avoid burns. Do not hold the flask while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the flask. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the flask (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.
  • Flasks that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your vacuum flask from www.botella.my and it has arrived damaged. If you use your flask, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage.
  • Rattling flasks: The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your flask and aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your flask. If this really bothers you, let us know and we’ll sort it out.

 

The limited return provided by Botella only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Botella products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Natural Disasaters.

Please note that your Return Claim Botella will be replaced by the same size and color Botella. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value.

In no event shall Botella be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages.
